All services rendered by the Company are provided on a non-refundable basis. This includes, but it not limited to, setup fees, monthly fees, upgrade fees and professional services fees. In addition, if your account is canceled by the company or client all payments made to the Company become completely non refundable. Customer agrees not to charge back any credit card payments for services rendered.

We collect non-personally identifiable information about you in multiple ways, like tracking your activities through your IP address or recently viewed URL. We do not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily submit a contact form with information to us, like your name, phone number, email address or physical mailing address by filling out a form, registering your email address with us or via email communicating with us.
